    First day back at the gym after being sick for two days straight. Yuck. 
    Today we worked on my two weaknesses - my terrible form and lack of any real arm strength. Started with empty 45lb bar doing the movements interspersed with many breaks where we went over where I was getting things wrong, being sloppy or just straight up weak  
    • Deadlift
    • Power Clean
    • Bent Over Row
    • Front Squat
    • Over Head Press
    all with an empty 45lb bar 10 reps each, 3 sets
    — I am proud to say my power cleans are much more powerful and a lot cleaner. I was calling them “weak-dirties” before D: 
    Then we moved on to my terrible arms made of al dente noodles and did some rah-rah-rah i didn’t even count 
    • ez-bar curls
    • lateral raises
    • db shoulder press

    ohp 35lb lady bar 5 x 5 

    DL 95lbs 5 x 5

    One arm row 40 lb KB 5 x 3  

    incline press 15lbs DB 3 x 10

    notes: 

    — came in with a plan but was botched by some guy using both sides of the only squat rack and leaving chalk everywhere

    — was mean mugged the entire time by some crazy lady doing cardio machine swapping but using them all backwards o_O

    — spent my rests watching a tiny asian girl picking at her legs like a crack head

    sit-ups w/ 5lb ball catch 2x10

    should press 10lb DB 3x10

    50 air squats

    note - no cardio due to being fucking hungry lady times give me a cheeseburger or i will cut you

    note - my grip strength is fucking ridiculously poor and I must get my grip up before I can start adding weight. i could jump a fair amount from 95 if my stupid wax-mittens-dipped-in-olive-oil-precious-lady-hands would let me
