Dietary: Somewhere between clean, keto, raw and paleo all at the same time. It's all basically the same shit. Protein. Carbs from veggies. No sugar. Guzzle water. Take whatever supplements you find do something for you.
Routine: fuckarounditis, SS/SL/GSLP, watched-one-too-many-crossfit-videos, bodyweight, my gym is tiny and only has two racks.
